With a background in leadership, construction, business and management, Joe is an integral part of Pensa Development. He is the man with his "feet on the ground" to lead the development of all our projects.
Welkin Emanuel Palacios Gutierrez
Engineer
Welkin brings 7+ years of experience and expertise to Pensa Development. He obtained his degree from Universidad Catolica La Ceiba in Architure. Welkin specializes in design, both interior and exterior and 3d.
Allan Emanuel Palacios Gutierrez
Architect
With a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad Catolica La Ceiba , Allan has been involved in the design, construction and supervision of many large scale bridges and commercial properties (including hotels). He is also works hand in hand with MAMUGAH.
